New feeding station

Up until now I've been feeding the hedgehogs by sprinkling the food (dry cat food) onto the grass, the local cats have found this free food leaving little for the hogs.
I created a feeding station from an old recycling box with a 5" square hole cut in one end.
As this video shows, it works - the feeding station is on the left and the nest/hibernation box on the right.

Foxy Visitor

I've had a fox visiting the garden for a while but this is the first time I caught 2 foxes at the same time. The one at the back appears to be a young fox, interesting to see him investigate the hedgehog and soon backs away when he touches the hog

Wildflower meadow

My wildflower meadow has been established for around 5 years now and is beginning to look good. It gets cut just once a year around mid September and all the cut material removed.

These photos were taken during mid June and late July
