My first visit to the coast since lockdown and it made a very pleasant change, an enjoyable day spent with good friends.
Apart from the lighthouse Portland provides some spectacular views along the coast, this first photo, looking West, shows Chesil Beach with Abbotsbury Swannery in the far distance beyond East and West Fleet.
This next photo is looking across towards Weymouth:
During the Covid pandemic a lot of the cruise liners have been moored up, quiet a few in Weymouth bay, this is one of them:
Of course it's always fun to watch people messing about in boats:
